I personally think that some features of svnmucc are/will move to svn
proper.  The primary reason they aren't there today is because the
implementation wasn't in a stable state, or we didn't want to support
these experimental APIs forever.  Some of the functionality has shown
lasting usefulness, and I think those are likely candidates for
inclusion in the core project.
