I'm having some trouble with svnsync using ssh as a transport between the source and the sync. Namely, it appears to ignore the username given to it with --source-username.
I found this email thread http://svn.haxx.se/users/archive-2009-09/0035.shtml that talks about this and suggests it may be a bug in svnsync, but it never concludes so for sure, and i can't find anything on the issue tracker. I'd like to find out if this is a bug and if so lodge an issue on the tracker
