+1 That description matches the typical user I meet during workshops. Granted, there is a strong bias towards new users in our workshops. If you already know everything, why sit through a workshop? :) But even the more experienced users I've met rarely require a huge amount of control. Rather, they want to acquire thorough understanding of what the tool will do in a given situation. And then they make the best out of the behaviour they understand and features the tool provides.
