According to SQLite.org, Version 3.7.11 is the current release of SQLite.

What do you mean with client(Apache)? Did you compile it yourself? Apache does 
not provide compiled subversion clients, it only provides the source code while 
numerous 3rd parties provide the binaries.

Hmm. 

Do other commands (like "svn status" or "svn cleanup" work in the copied 
directory?

Can you run "diff -r -q /path/to/old/dir /path/to/new/dir"?
