Hi Bart, This problem has been reported to this mailing list before today: http://svn.haxx.se/users/archive-2013-06/0171.shtml Have you ruled out whether this problem is specific to TortoiseSVN? Can you check out the repository with the 'svn.exe' binary which can be optionally installed along with TortoiseSVN? (http://gaurangpatel.net/posted_images/SVN-checkout-using-BATCH-and-Powershell_A0FD/SVNInstall.png)
