Thanks for thanks. =) The purpose of that was just to show that the process might need to be improved. From one side better process may produce more noize. From the other complicated process may filter out valuable feedback. Unfortunately, I am not aware what are the modern ways to keep noize down without limiting the accessibility. -- anatoly t.
