I think changing a single byte in the file should fix this… but in that case we 
should also remove the ‘eicar’ reference.

I’ve never seen this error being reported via an application though 😊
(I usually disable defender on my workdirs and/or dev VMs unless explicitly 
testing antivirus related issues)
