The 1.11.0 release artifacts are now available for testing/signing. Please get the tarballs from https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/subversion and add your signatures there.
Differences from 1.11.0-rc2 should be limited to the following, so checking the diff for these should be sufficient -- no need to re-test. - version number - CHANGES file - translations It would be really nice if we can get this done ASAP so we can achieve our planned October release month.
