The statement "Section names are case-insensitive and case-preserving." is deeply concerning as it means that the case sensitive sub-repository paths cannot be properly represented in sections (as they are today). As noted, in https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/x/7IjQBQ , the SVN section headers became case sensitive at SVN 1.7. Not sure why 2 documents? Cheers.
