I agree with everyone else and I will try to find some time during the upcoming holiday season to help out. I would like to revisit Graham's recent work. If I remember correctly it both concerned better error messages for failed SSL connections and ... I think there was something else as well. Anyway, most of it depends on features in Serf, so we should probably also look at releasing a new (minor!) version of Serf. That is a discussion for another mailing list though...
