2022 vs. 2016
Since libtool 2.4.7 resolves this specific issue, I think that for 1.15.x we
could make a minimal update, moving from 2.4.6 to 2.4.7. I plan to proceed
with that.
I just updated release-lines.yaml. Only libtool needed an upgrade, both
autoconf and swig are OK. Looks like the swig binding problems I
reported were also caused by libtool.
