I went ahead and removed the old buildbot scripts (since I was involved in shutting down the system on the ASF side). Would you like to do the honors of removing get-deps.sh and nominating for backport? Also please update the backport nomionation of INSTALL when you remove the get-deps.sh text. /Daniel
