yeah. like WebOS(Palm), WebKit -> FBdev, but with Chrome vs WebKit

Android does not even allow file:/// !

 so if you dont upload your file to google, it doesnt exist

and never mind your phone can see your notebook over avahi via bluetooth/wifi 
and run an rsync

you must use an expensive data plan and upload all the way to Oregon and back 
first!

then only access it via your slow JavaScript 'local storage' API...
