The interface supports the use of 10 fingers, and he talks about the "bandwidth" of using 10 fingers as better than using a single mouse pointer. But then he goes on to only use anything more than 2 fingers to define different modes of interacting with the window manager(I can do the same thing using a mouse and the alt key), he only uses the two fingers for the classic multitouch use case, resizing images(are they useful for anything else?) and the only really useful thing he does is when he is using 1 finger to draw in the drawing program where a mouse would be more accurate.
it's surprising with all the hype that no-one actually has a demo of anyone doing any actual work with a multitouch device. - Jesse -- ===================== http://jessta.id.au
