According to hg changeset 13 in the quark repo, quark can run werc. I'm not sure if I've done something wrong in my configuration, or if there's something missing in quark, but whenever I try to go to 127.0.0.1 (werc installation is local), I get the following:

Which is supposed to be good, but I'm getting blank pages in both surf and
opera.
