I don't know about mainline but I could take a second look at ii with
this. I first tried ii a few years ago when I was using a bouncer set
up to auto-join the client to a dozen channels. I had a dozen out
files, one in file at the most, and no idea what to do with channels I
was evidently joined to but with no way of writing to. :)
