You know the Plan 9 kernel is over two and a half times the size of
Unix v6. Why bother, right?

Perhaps a larger foundation is worth it when it improves the (far
more) code written atop it.

Python isn't perfect, but sufficiently complex Python code sucks far
less than in *sh.
