I think there's a category error or something here. Touch interfaces, indeed, entire touch-driven devices exist. Such hardware might suck less or it might suck more (probably the latter). But, granted the existence of such hardware, the real question is: which software that runs it sucks less? Presumably, the software we write will suck less than the going alternatives.
