Please report if there are known compatibility problems that require -e option to be present. Maybe something related to Debian "alternatives" mechanism etc.
Otherwise this patch removes ugly goto and makes 'st mutt' work just like 'xterm mutt' instead of simply ignoring remaining arguments.
