Hi all, I recently opened up SIP-141 proposing reimplementing Global Async Queries (SIP-39), or GAQ for short, due to stalled development and missing critical functionality, like query deduplication. The current feature is behind the GLOBAL_ASYNC_QUERIES feature flag, and has some documentation here: https://superset.apache.org/docs/contributing/misc/#async-chart-queries. If you have opinions on this subject, or have experience using the feature in production, I would kindly ask for feedback to the new SIP, so we can gauge current GAQ usage and thoughts on the new proposal.
