Hey Evan, I tested SQLAlchemy-Continuum 1.7.0 alongside SQLAlchemy 2.0.51 and Flask-SQLAlchemy 3.1.1 and the focused Superset versioning suite passed (214 tests, 6 skipped), including capture, history, restore, relationships, retention, and initialization. So overall, Continuum shouldn't be a blocker.
