Hi, Your project expressed interest in participating in the hackathon at Community over Code Glasgow (October 11-14). We're finalizing the schedule and we don't yet have a time slot claimed for your project.
We're now less than a month out from the event, and people are making their decisions about whether to attend. The hackathon is one of the things that draws contributors to Glasgow, and they're looking at the schedule to see which projects will be there. An empty slot means your community doesn't see a reason to show up. The hackathon room is available Monday through Wednesday, and there are still open slots — especially on Wednesday. You can see the current schedule and claim a slot by opening a PR: https://events.apache.org/events/2026/community-over-code/hackathon.html If we don't hear from you by Friday September 19, we'll start offering your slot to other projects that are waiting for space.
