NaukhaizAhmad opened a new issue #3688: Already opened slice is clickable from
the 'Select a visualization type' popup/window, while the cursor shows this
visualization type as not-allowed.
URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-superset/issues/3688

   ### Superset version
   0.20.3

   ### Expected results
The already opened visualization type should not be clickable, as the mouse
pointer/cursor shows 'not-allowed' style.

   ### Actual results
User is able to click on the already selected visualization type, even the
cursor style is 'not-allowed'

   ### Steps to reproduce

   go to any created slice.
from the slice configuration, go to Datasource & Chart Type section and try
changing the visualization type.
'Select a visualization type' popup window would open
from this popup window, try clicking on the already created/selected slice.
upon clicking this visualization type, this popup would get closed, which is
incorrect behavior.
As the cursor also showing this visualization type as not-allowed field.
   screen shot is attached.
