   This chart plots % of tasks delayed by 24H and 48H. With the area filled, we 
can easily get a sense of % of tasks that are delayed by 24H by completed 
within 48H. Anyway, the intended chart can also be accomplished using area 
chart by manipulating existing data.
   
   In Excel, area chart is default to overlay instead of stacked.
