I'm curious why we decided to fork to preset-io/nvd3 vs. apache-superset/nvd3, but otherwise I think it makes sense. Maybe you can add the nvd3-fork package inside the superset-ui organization ( https://www.npmjs.com/settings/superset-ui/members) so that all the publishing permissions work automatically?
