[sw-discussion] Running and Floating titles

Hi There,

I'm working on the translation of the writer OLH from Englisch to Dutch 
and came across the subjects "Running Titles" and "Floating Titles", but 
I have no idea what that's about. Could some please explain to me what 
it is?
