Do you mean is this part of the piece you're working on? If yes, the
answer is no I think. That would be a separate chunk of code that would
use the UNO interface. If we have a footnote style citation, then I
think that code should create the formatted text and wrap it in a
footnote for insertion in the citation-body element.
In any case, we can come back to that later. It seems the 1-4 bits are
what we need now.
