In western and Asian justification spaces is added between each character.

No, in Western languages the space is added between the words (i.e., the
blanks are enlarged). In Asian languages the space is added between the
characters. So just copy the Western way. As I already mentioned in my
last posting, you should avoid the calling of the KashidaJustify() function.
