Currently most of the Writer developers are still on holiday,
especially the one how is responsible for the Microsoft Word import.

Thanks a lot, Michel has add another patch to the second issue. Again he
will be really happy for any hint about the patches. Also our users (a
lot in fact), loading any letter migrated from word would be interested
to get the real date on it ;-)

Short summary:
Both patches are the same and doesn't seem to be appropriate.
