[sw-discussion] Export DOC to HTML bug?

Hello. (sorry for my bad englisch)
If i open an DOC File with OO.o 2.3 and want to export it/save it as HTML, 
OO dont create an HTML file. It saves an DOC file and some GIFs.

Maybe an bug?
