Hi *,
In 3.0 Beta setting table borders via Table Format window is different
from that in 2.x.
In the section Line arrangement of tab Borders, there is no choice for
outside and inside borders.
Thus when 2 ore more cells selected, it is impossible to set all borders
at once.
I don't see anything on specs.openoffice.org.
Did I miss something or is it a bug?
