The problem to set the language for the "whole document" is already covered by an issue owned by ama (target 3.0). It seems that this can't be handled by the same way as in case of setting the language of a particular part of the document. The latter usually is done by creating a selection, but in many cases it's impossible to create a selection that contains the complete text of a document and it seems that we need a method at the document that does everything "internally". In case of PostIts we have the additional problem that we had to decide whether the UI of the PostIt window should follow the text language attribute at the text position of the notes' anchor, the document language (which one?) or the UI language. To make it even more complicate we could think whether the text language attribute of the notes' text itself should be considered also. :-P Ciao, Mathias -- Mathias Bauer (mba) - Project Lead OpenOffice.org Writer OpenOffice.org Engineering at Sun: http://blogs.sun.com/GullFOSS Please don't reply to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]".
