first of all: Thank you for your input. I had a look at the respective

I hope the first one is not yours. However: I am one of the responsible
people. And I took the time to have a look. Yes, this is a bug. And this
is an annoying bug, at least if you are interested in rtf export. But I
have to agree with sba: Our resources are limited. Right now, our focus
is not on rtf export. Or as sba states: "[...] developer resources are
spent based on things like 'priorities' [...]".
If you want to dig into the code (or you know somebody who wants to),
have a look at sw/source/filter/rtf/rtfattr.cxx, OutRTF_SwTxtNode(). If
you want to submit a patch, be assured that we will support you.
