This issue has been posted already on the issue board for many languages
the funny thing here is that is also in english. It seems that the Indexes
and Tables are also on the submenu with Indexes and tables, this do seem
wrong since it disregard the other options. This option is under the
Insert menu.
Is there any discussion around what would be a better term?
