Since OOo is so strong and balance in handling all Text, Vector and Raster

thank you for your interesting input. Please find my comments inline:

1.Set Origin of coordination (0,0) and Reference Lines (for accurate
positioning)
    - Exisiting in Draw, but not Writer

There is a grid that helps you positioning objects. It can be enabled here: Tools - Options - Writer - Grid. Is this what you mean?

2.Link Text Frame (overlong text will be flowed into 2nd Text frame
automatically)
    - Existing in Writer's "Frame" (not Text Frame), but not Draw

Well, I suppose this could be somewhat hard to implement in draw, since each text frame has its own model data. In Writer text frames this is easier since all Writer text frames have access to the same underlying model data.

3.Wrap Though Text (Alignment matching between graphic and text's border)
    - Just exist in Writer's main text document, but not (Text) Frame in both
Writer and Draw!!!
Frame (allow inputting Text) is just treated as Object, but not text!!!

Text in Writer text frames does already wrap around graphics if they are both anchored to the page.

4.Crop Picture
    - Exist in Draw & Writer
    - Should support cropping to irregular shape, not just rectangular shape.

You can already specify the contour of a picture, see Format - Wrap - Edit contour.

5.Export to PDF/x for publication
    - Exist in both Draw & Writer
    - Should allow adding "Crop Mark", "Bleed Mark", "Registration Mark" and "Color
Bar" etc during exporting to PDF.

So this are some enhanced pdf export features, right?

So it looks like Writer's not too far away from being a full featured DTP program ;-) But of course we always want to improve. So if there's a feature that you are missing desperately, you can file a "request for enhancement" and collect votes for it. This way you can raise the "visibility" of your issue. But it would be even better if you could submit a patch that implements this feature. The Writer team is always willing to help if you have any questions regarding the source code.

Hope this helps,

Frank
