while doing some other menu adjustments anyway, I had a look at some
other stuff, which make sense to fix in my opinion and I like to do them
as well for 3.1(cws menuchanges) All of them have either os,mmp,fl,bh or
requirements as owner.
Please have a look at these issues:

Would be very nice if you could go through them together and either give
me the go to do them and reassign to me, or if you do not agree, close
them as won't fix(e.g moving stuff from tools to format). Sometimes,
more then one choice is offered, would be then nice to know which one is
preferred by UX.
