You can apply a numbering with such paragraph styles.
You have to set a corresponding list style at your paragraph style

Somehow I didn't read that from the specs - maybe was to swiftly.
Now I still cannot find out how to achieve the next:
1 Bla bla
1.1 bl bl bl
2 Bla bla
2.1 bl bl bl
(So what is presented by the spinbox full in the Tools|Ouline numbering
dialog.)
I tried with a list style that has 1.1 as second level, but does not
seem to work.
Do I miss something here as well?
I am not sure about the sematic of the above given list.
Is the above given list a list of headings, which are numbered?
I am also not sure, how you want to achieve the above given list.
Do you want to get this list using user defined paragraph styles, which
have set outline level 1 respectively 2 and a list style?
Or do you want to use the paragraph styles, which are assigned to the
list level of the outline style (Menu - Tools - Outline Numbering)?
