The wiki publisher uses an external library from the apache-commons
project that indeed supports https.
Exactly, we use the implementation from apache jakarta to support https.
I suspect that you register the certificate for the site in the system,
and java implementation just does not see the system-registered
certificates.
Could you please ask additional question to provide more information
regarding the problem:
Which OS are you using?
How exactly do you register the certificate?
Which version of java do you use in the Office ( can be seen in
Tools/Options/OpenOffice.org/java )?
