Since we had quite a few issues with Sandesha, I propose you commit these changes. All code is under Apache v2 license, and I am sure this will be absorbed into Apache WS over the next few months

Hi devs,

We had to face to different problems when working with nhttp transport and Sandesha2 in-order to get the WS-RM working on synapse. I was able to get the reliable messaging working on synapse using Mercury [1] (Mercury is a WS-RM implementation which resides under WSO2 for the moment and hopefully will be contributed to apache community soon).

I need to cleanup the code a little more, but functionality wise it is complete. Now both sample 101 and sample 201 are working. You may test this and raise JIRA's if there are any issues; Any other comments also are welcome. :-)
