Your modification changes the behavior of
CustomURIResolver#resolveEntity in the case where resourceMap != null
and ResourceMap#resolve returns null: instead of resolving the URI
using SynapseConfigUtils.resolveRelativeURI, it now returns null. Is
this intentional or a mistake?
