OK, this sounds interesting and a valid use case. But to be frank, we do not
support this at the moment. We can consider this as an enhancement (but not a
bug) and treat this in a future release. The difficult part is going to be the
notification on a proxy configuration update. Also we should consider the down
time of the service if it is going to be a redeployment of an existing service.
Any way this will be a good addition to synapse.
