We generally need slf4j-jdk14-1.3.0.jar with Quickfix/J as per
http://www.quickfixj.org/quickfixj/usermanual/installation.html#dependencies
This jar is already listed in Synapse documentation.
slf4j-log4j12-1.3.0.jar has to be used instead of slf4j-jdk14-1.3.0.jar if we
want to enable log4j logging for Quickfix/J
