Make statistics collection fine grained

Fix For: FUTURE
Currently statistics collection is based on sequence level, endpoint level and
proxy service level. This has to be improved so that enables statistics
collection whenever it needed.
For example if we want to measure time to do an xslt transformation, time to
execute to a database lookup, time to covert AXIOM to DOM , etc...
When we want to log, we can do it at any point... same thing need to be done
for statistics.
