Change the service context path of synapse from soap to services

currently the service context path of synapse is "soap" but this is a little
misleading for the new users giving the meaning that synapse is specific to
soap. Since we can do lot more than just the soap messages, I would propose
"services" as the service context path which is sort of more generic.
