Those two files were left out intentionally since the samples setup guide
explains how to create them in detail. Also the samples guide clearly indicates
how the corresponding Synapse configurations (synapse.xml) should point to the
created FIX config files.
Anyway since now a number of FIX samples use these two files I think it makes
sense to have them added as resources.
