Oleg, I just replied to it - please go ahead with it.

In addition, this particular fix has a better solution that allows general support for any media type. Keith will send a note to axis-dev about it and maybe we can write the new MessageBuilder using mime4j and see.

For what it is worth to you, Apache mime4j [1] can parse very complex
multipart messages very efficiently without buffering the entire content
in memory.

I offered the WS-Commons project to contribute SwA implementation based
on mime4j. No one seems interested, which is a shame, given the fact
Axiom could do a better at providing an efficient multipart message
parsing.
