Fixed in trunk. Thanks for spotting this issue!
PS: For the dependency issue, there is indeed a better way. The pom.xml
included the synapse-xxx JARs in an incorrect way (maybe related to some bug in
older versions the maven-war-plugin). The right way is to declare them as
dependencies. Maven will then take care of the rest (i.e. including the
transitive dependencies).
