Showing absolute urls in the proxy service wsdl instead of relative url

Currently if we build a proxy service using a wsdl the imports are shown as
relative paths.
eg.
<xsd:import namespace="http://tempuri.org/";
schemaLocation="StockQuoteProxy?xsd=http://131.107.72.15/SoapWsdl_ComplexDataTypes_XmlFormatter_Service_Indigo/ComplexDataTypesDocLitW.svc?xsd=xsd0"/>
Although this is correct, sometimes it is desirable to show the absolute url
eg.
<xsd:import namespace="http://tempuri.org/";
schemaLocation="http://131.107.72.15/SoapWsdl_ComplexDataTypes_XmlFormatter_Service_Indigo/ComplexDataTypesDocLitW.svc?xsd=xsd0"/>
