Incorrect error message appearing for HTTP GET requests

When a GET request is submitted to synapse NHTTP transport, and when this
connection is timed out, it prints an invalid error message for a non error
case.
We can reproduce this by accessing a proxy service WSDL from the Web Browser
and then keeping the connection idle for some time. It will print the error
"Connection Timeout - before message body was fully read "
