Andreas,
Quite often Hudson server runs under quite a bit of a load and that
helps shake out very nasty synchronization bugs that are otherwise not
reproducible under lighter load.
Feel free to ignore me as I have not a slightest idea about the failing
test case.

Could you take a look at this failure - is this the difference between
reported and actual bytes sent issue or something else?
